The company was established in Mit Ghamr, Central Delta, in 1942. It''s considered one of the first automatic tile-producing companies in Egypt. Since it was setup, the company has kept introducing new contributions in the world of Mosaic tiles.
The company''s factory has three Italian-made production lines for producing all types of mosaic tiles of all sizes and beveling marble and granite.
The most up-to-date Italian line equipped with the most state-of-the-art German-made moulds has been installed. The tiles have various modern decorations and Islamic geometrical shapes. This type of tile proved high efficiency in all places in which it has been installed.
The most up-to-date line to produce "beveled mosaic skirting board, according to the modern European specifications (one single layer), has been installed and operated. The one single layer is 7 cm high and 1.5 cm thick. Its height equals that of the tile and is made of the same material of the tile with a 45-degree angle.
Tiles are dried, by evaporation inside the most up-to-date drying unit in the Middle East for seven hours, directly after their manufacture to be ready for polishing.
We have 3 polishers, all of which are computerized. Each polisher has 6 heads and operates with the scraping system.
We have a fleet of trucks to deliver our products to all governorates all over the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Our products are manufactured according to Egyptian and international mixing criteria.
It is the first mosaic tiles company that obtained ISO 9002 in Egypt and the Middle East.
